Executive Coaching
Leadership growth takes time, reflection, and repeated application. All new Auctoritas coaching clients begin with a six-month engagement designed to create continuity for meaningful development—not simply a series of isolated conversations.
Coaching is individualized around the leader’s current role, goals, and real-world challenges. Sessions create space to examine decisions, relationships, communication, influence, and leadership patterns, then translate insight into practical action between conversations.
Initial Engagement
Six-month coaching partnership
Choice of monthly or twice-monthly sessions
60-minute individual coaching sessions
Extended first session to establish goals, context, and priorities
Reflection, readings, or practical assignments between sessions when useful
Coaching centered on current leadership challenges and development goals
Option to continue coaching after the initial six months
Leadership Cohorts
Leadership develops differently when learning is paired with application. Auctoritas cohorts combine focused leadership curriculum with facilitated coaching, peer perspective, and dedicated time to work through the real challenges participants are actively navigating.
The standard Auctoritas cohort is a six-month, fully virtual experience consisting of 10 sessions, each 90 minutes in length. Cohorts are intentionally kept small enough for meaningful participation, discussion, and coaching.

Women in Healthcare Leadership
Auctoritas offers executive coaching and cohort experiences specifically designed for women advancing into and through increasingly complex healthcare leadership roles, with emphasis on boardroom presence, work-life balance, influence, visibility, effectiveness, advancement, and career longevity.
Organizational Partnerships
Auctoritas partners with healthcare organizations to develop physicians, nursing leaders, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals who are stepping into or expanding leadership responsibility. Programs are designed around the realities of the organization, the leaders involved, and the challenges they are being asked to solve.
Auctoritas is particularly well suited to organizations developing new and emerging leaders—including newly appointed medical directors, nursing leaders, advanced practice leaders, and clinicians entering their first formal leadership role.
